Making a Booking

Call us or submit the booking enquiry form below as soon as you know the dates you require and we will confirm our availability, advise you of the cost and post a booking form to you.

Once you receive your booking form, complete it in full and return it to us to provisionally reserve the dates you require.

We will then allocate the most appropriate Pet Carer to match your needs. The Carer will contact you to arrange a preliminary visit to meet you and your pets.

After meeting your Carer, you will need to pay a deposit to confirm your booking.

The Carer will contact you again shortly before commencing the assignment to arrange to collect keys (where necessary) and cover any last minute details

Please note: Unlike all the travel companies, we do not charge premium prices during school holidays, but we do get booked up very quickly so we recommend that you book well in advance!

All holiday bookings require a deposit of 50% to confirm the booking and the balance of the fee is payable to the Carer on your day of departure. For late bookings and all other regular services, such as dog walking, the full fee is payable in advance.

Bookings can be paid for by cash, cheque or direct bank transfer. We are now also able to accept credit and debit card payments via Paypal. Please note that there will be surcharge of 4.5% added to the fee for these payments.
